SPARK PLUGS FOR NONE REMAPED CAR...RECOMMANDATIONS?

Hi all

Am new to the forum, just bought an Audi A3 2.0T FSi DSG Sportback 2006, vehicle has 50.000 on the clock. I decided to get the car sort my way .
Vehicle was fitted with Bosch plugs, but when they serviced it Audi fitted NGK PFR6Q?
Which spark plugs would you recommend for box standard vehicle with no modifications yet please?
Also
I see some of you use iridium spark plugs, would that be okay with standard engine?

you can use any bosch, ngk, denso. one heat range cooler are the denso ik22 and work well with 2.0tfsi
