Will the lower bumper lip (is that what it's called?) from an 05 onwards A3/S-Line fit an 04?

One like this:- With the grey bit surrounding the exhaust.

The lower lip on my car is ALL one colour...

Fist of all the one you are showing on ebay is for the Sportback model not for the 3dr.

I also believe that it would need some modding to fit.

I'm not interested in the one on eBay. There's a 3dr one I may buy.

Do you reckon that would need modding? or a straight swap?
 
Some people have done it, and i believe most of them with prefacelift cars (twin grille) had to mod it a bit
