Tutorial - Fitting new bulbs in Bi-Xenon headlights

    I know it's a simple thing, but i though i'd make a tutorial

    You will need:

    Bi-Xenon headlights
    D1s bulbs
    Needle nosed plyers

To start, take the clip off the back of the headlight cover for the dipper beam

And then take the cap off. You will be faced with this

Undo the 2 butterfly clips that hold the bulb in place

I tried taking the connector with my fingers, but it's a tight squeeze. So i grabbed some needle nosed plyers and gently pulled the cable and connector away from the bulb

Next, remove the bulb carefully, trying not to let the actual bulb touch anything

Next, place the new bulb in place, making sure the bulb is the correct way round

Put the connector back on and put the butterfly clips back in place

    All done

Anyone want some Phillips Xenstart D1s bulbs?

    Thanks Warren

    Got them from here

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWNX:IT

8000k so they have a blue tint to them rather than the white/yellow colour on the factory bulbs
