Swing lights for driving in Europe

I've searched for this but can't find an easy answer. I'm taking my 06 3-door with Xenons to Italy in August and I want to know if the lights can be swung to the right to save using those horrible little conversion stickers (they get very very hot when on the light and they look sh1t as well).

There's a link in the FAQs from H5DJR explaining how this is done on bi-xenons. On a '06 yours are bi-xenons too yes?

Not sure, if they can't be done by VCDS there should be a lever on the back of the headlight unit. Even 8L A3s had at least that AFAIK.
