A3 2003-04 interior removal/install guide, anyone have it?

hey guys im looking for a guide line to remove the trimming of the audi a3 interior trim so that i can vinyl wrap it in black and install it again as its the wooden trim at the moment and im not loving it lol

i dont want to start poking and pulling at the trim incase i break something lol

They just pull of mate, get some plastic flat tool to lever underneath nearer to the rounded end of part & lever of very gently & should pop out, rears little more tricky but lever from underneath & should pop of aswell.
