Advice on 2009 REAR Lights for 3 door

Hi guys hows it going?

looking for some advice, i get my bonus next month so im already looking into doing a couple of mods with the car
basically wondering is there a trustworthy and cheaper site to buy parts from online or do i just need to drive my lazy **** to audi dealer

first off i like the look of the 2009 rear lights
i have been searching for some time and the only set i have seen is from german ebay will these fit or should i just pay bit extra go audi dealer for these?:weight_lift2:

i am also looking at buying the alu matt finsh mirror covers, these look ok has anyone tried them or again im i better going for the originals with audi? i dont fancy paying out for these if they peel or start to fade

im also wanting an ashtray delete only place i can see this is an american site oemplus i was bidding for the only one that was on ebay on tuesday night but got distracted by the messi champions league show doh!

yeah thell fit, as for the mirrors there are plenty genuine ones floating around ive got 2 sets

If you but the lights from Germany, make sure they are RHD spec, the ones in your photo are for LHD cars so would therefore have the fog/reverse switched the wrong way round, MOT fail!

Whilst you are right and this is what i would do, the cost saving of buyinh LHD from Germany is not worth it, after all you would still have to drive round all year with a red reverse light and no fog light!

I bought the RHD facelift lights from German eBay last year and the price was the same as for the LHD. Just had to tell the seller I needed the UK lights. The dealership price is around £85 per side.

Whats the deal with fitting 2009 rear lights to a 2007 S3? Is the vagcom needed, or is it just a straight swap over?
