    Are you just testing them or is everything all wired in place? Sounds like the temp sensors in the seat arent wired in or correctly wired?

    Its all wired in place. Yeah i was thinking it must be the temp sensor thats isn't connected up properly? I've checked all the wiring again and its all at the right pin outs so it should work?
    If i knew what pins on the back of the climate control go to the seat temp sensors i could check them. Is there anyway of finding out?

    Here's the instructions i got from kufatec:-

    Manual wiring heated seats Audi A3 8P
    Please disconnect the battery before starting installation.
    Please wire the loom starting from the seats to the following connections:
    Wire configuration:

    Red/ White – Steady plus - Fusebox
    Wires (Gray) on the opposite needs to be connect to the climate control
    Connector D PIN 13, 14
    Brown – Ground point A-coloumn
    White – climate control connector D PIN 2 (if taken connecting by soldering)
    Blue/ Yellow – climate control connector C , PIN 10
    Blue/ Red – climate control connector C, PIN 9
    Gray with Yellow mark (tull) – climate control connector D, PIN 5
    Gray with Red mark (tull) – climate control connector D, PIN 6

    had quick look, but might depend on year, this was for 2005:

    G344 is the temp sensor
    T4p is driver 4 pin connector
    T4q is passengers side 4 pin connector
    T16d is black 16 pin connector on aircon unit
    T16e is brown 16 pin connector on air con unit

    Driver: T4p/3 -> br/ws -> T16e/10
    T4p/4 -> sw/ws -> T16d/2

    Passenger : T4q/3 -> br/sw -> T16e/9
    T4q/4 -> sw/ws -> T16d/2 (same one as above - wires join together)

    2008 -> 2003 Akoya Silver A3 8P1 2.0 FSi Sport
