S3 2008 stock shock body diameter

I need some help here. I am willing to buy my new coilovers but I don`t know what measure this guy is asking for. My car is an Audi S3 2008 8P quattro.
Is it 50mm? or 55mm?
The coilovers are v maxx

Hi,

I would need to know if your stock shock body diameter is 50mm or 55mm. could you measure this at the base right where it enters the spindle?
