Just a quick question, (which Im sure has been asked a million times!) will these fit on a 2.0 TDi without rubbing?

I would say yes, how low you going?
I run 18x8" and 18x9" ET41 with no issues on rubing so with a 7.5" rim I think you will be fine.

Mine is an S3 on H&R 25mm springs. The S3's are lower to start with. Im running 35 profile tyres, but would still be fine with 40's. Im gonna go as low as possible once I get my coilovers, so 50mm+ down if I can find some coilovers that go low enough.
