I apreciate this has probably been asked one or two times in the past 
I've a 2.0 TDI Sport that I want to lower.
I think it's dropped 15mm at the moment? 35/40mm would probably be about right for what I want.
Just wondering what the ride is like on springs plus OEM dampers? or if it's better going for a full kit, I used the Koni Sport kit on my previous car (Golf MK4)
Not interested in coilovers, had Eibachs before and didn't really see the benefit, certainly not on the roads anyway.
