Forge 007p - What spring to get?

Currently looking to purchase one of these and have my car booked in for a remap at the end of the month, i understand there are two options; a green and a yellow spring, yellow being for more modified cars?
Is it worth getting this?

You'l get both springs yellow and green. Use green after remap.

There are 4 different springs

Green (softest)
yellow
blue
red (hardest)

Use the yellow spring after remap not green as green may not hold your boost as well.

Also depending on what package u get you may not get all springs, i didnt and i ordered mine with a yellow as i'm remapped!
