    NON SMOKING PACK - ANYONE GOT PICS ???

    Hi , has anyone got pics of the ashtray and also what is in its place with the non smoking pack ? Many thanks .

    just to add to the slightly more helpful picture above, what you also get along with the deeper tray under the heater controls as shown, is a spring loaded flap over the 12v socket instead of a lighter plugged into it.

    Thanks Beanoir , would i be right in saying that if you opt for the ashtray it is silver with a sprungloaded lid ? Can the sprung loaded flap be retro fitted to the 12v / lighter socket if you opt for the SMOKING option ? Cheers .

    I'm not sure, on the A5 it was a nice sliding mechanism, but I opted for the non-smoking pack on the S3 I couldn't be sure. I'll have a look at the 12v socket, but I reckon it probably could be retrofitted to be honest, it's not terribly complicated.

    Taken from my car . i did the ashtray delete retrofit some days ago, believe me the ashtray is nothing but trouble. At least for me.
    Got loads of space now!


    An here is what you get if you opt the non-smokers pack together with the interior light pack!

    Correct. Personally I prefer they way the ashtray looks as it finishes of the trim around they gearstick nicely.

    I was thinking the same , anyone got a pic of the ashtray please . I suppose it is only big enough for a bit of loose change - or a few fag ends of course . Cheers .
