Wiper question

I had my bonnet up today and when i tried the wipers nothing happened. I checked the fuse -ok, checked all other fuses - ok, i then closed the bonnet ready to call at the garage for advice and the wipers worked? is this a feature or is something wrong?

Wipers will not work when bonnet is up dude, yes it's a feature. They would hit the bonnet other wise

your wipers will hit the bonnet if you activated them with the bonnet up. feature.
