Will mk 5 rear seats fit in the a3

I'm considering some front seats from a mk5,and wondered if the rears would fit, I've
seen someone say not,but a mate of mine who fitted some to to his a3 when it was retrimmed
said there was not an issue.
Just want to confirm this please
