What cars did your A3/S3 replace, Post pics!

Interesting to see what cars everyone has had in in their driving days.

My two:

This was my first little car! Got it when I was 17 and then it fell apart half way through my 1st year at uni! So had to get something to drive around in, so got the A3. Original plan was to get a GTi after uni but that's not happening now.

I had a nissan almera 1.5 with a full retrim and sound install (had a alpine f1 status headunit and processor), I was really into my sounds before, im gonna take it easy with the s3 lol

The Audi is a great car to own and use now that I have different requirements, but it's not a patch on the handling, noise and looks of this lot!

Yes - Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo. This was the second of two I owned, running in excess of 325bhp courtesy of some extensive modifications by the previous owner. Low weight too.

Even the standard car was incredibly rapid: 0-100 in 14 secs. I never had the modified car timed, but it was definitely in Audi RS territory once on the move.

Cant post pictures as haven't got any here, but my S3 replaces an S4 cabriolet with Full Milltek non res system which i adored, which replaced a Porsche Boxter which i also loved to bits!

this was my baby before i got the s3! absolutely loved this car! especially the colour, never showed scratches! just looked wet all the time! not to mention it was f***in fast! and handled pretty well!

to my great upset the guy i sold it too (he lived round the corner from me) has just got rid of it, so i can no longer go and check on it to look and reminisce

The 750 SS and the blue/silver 900SS went for £65,000 and £20,000 respectively recently. all the bikes were restored by me and there we a few others as well but i dont want to bore people,
I am going to put a post on the general thread about the restoration of the NCR race bike soon.
