Anyone have the part number for the Pollen Filter for an A3 8P?

Called Audi Dealership here in Dublin and they said they "Didn't know" and even so it needed specialist tools for install...bullsh*t

eh? How cant they know, are their computers down? Sounds like lies to me, is there another dealer you can use????

ETKA shows both in the same position - Suppose it depends if you have Climatic or Climatronic

Dust and Pollen Filter: 1K0 819 644 B
Filter Element for with Odor Harmful Substances Filtration (RHD): 1K2 819 653 B
Filter Element for with Odor Harmful Substances Filtration (LHD): 1K1 819 653 B

Hope this helps. Still trying to get to grips with ETKA.

khufu - I know... really nothing more than a ***** move to get me into the service centre to have them tell me I shouldnt be working on the car myself... Irish dealers are notoriously bad!
