Newbie with some questions

Hi, been lurking on the forum for a while and seems really good. I drive a Mk5 Golf myself but my brother drives an A3 8P. He bought the car in July from Liverpool Audi (shocking service but that's a story for another day) and the car is really nice.

First question is the headlight range adjustment, when scrolling the button only the left headlight moves up and down, is that normal?

Second question is that it came with the chorus tape player, now he's bought a concert player but it's impossible to find the 'keys' to take it out. Ordered them off ebay but they don't seem to be turning up. Where can you get them apart from Ebay?

Halfords do the radio keys, thats where i got mine from. Or try an audio specialist, they usually have every tool!

Both headlights should adjust, they do on mine!

Thanks for the reply Lee R. We tried halfords but they didn't have any, our local audio place wanted £45 to fit it! I don't think they'll sell us the removal key lol.

Going to get the car booked in as it's still under warranty. The rear washer doesn't work either, the front's work though.
