will quattro s-line suspension ie shocks and springs fit and work ok on a standard 2.0ltr tdi ....

Naah N8's not all that

If yours isn't a Quattro then don't fit Quattro rear springs, as they will be too stiff at the rear, and won't drop or drive right.

If yours is a Quattro, then great

I never found anything much wrong with the S-line suspension personally.
