Engine management light reset

Had a coilpack break which has now been replaced. Car drives as it should now.
Problem is the EML is still on. Im assuming its logged the fault in memory. Is there any way to reset it by disconnecting the battery or some sequence of button presses?
If it requires an trip to Audi just to clear it any idea what they will charge please?
