Rear Towing Eye Cover

Noticed the other day that the towing eye cover on my rear bumper has done a disappearing act, either fell off on the road or someone helped themselves to it (TBH nothing would surprise me these days).

Has anyone by any chance got a spare silver metallic cover that they'd sell me?

Maybe if you changed to the s-line rear, votex, swapped a damaged bumper etc...
