Hi all . Does anyone know what tool you require to remove the RNSE unit from my dash. Aiud A3 spotrsback 2005 2l tdi.

Remember that each removal key has to go in the correct way (do a Google search to see pictures and instructions) and also that once they're in, they don't come out until the RNS-E is out of the dash. You can press down the little metal tabs to release the keys. Gently does it!
