RIGHT THERES A SET OF ALLOYS I LIKE BUT THEY ARE OFF A 2006 RS6 AND ITS BEEN ON A 2008 RS4 AND THEY FIT WOULD THEY FIT ON MY CAR? (2007 AUDI S3) HE DONT KNOW THE ET OR THE PCD ITS 5 STUD ALLOYS....

PCD will be the same but offset will be wrong plus i think with genuine RS6 alloys, they are alot wider for the rear wheels and will rub on a A3/S3

If they fit the RS6, they will fit your S3
As Boydie said though, the offset (how far it sticks out the arch) will be different, and they are probably wider so will scrub like a biaatch
