Does anyone on here know of what bluetooth profile your phone needs to support in order for the GSM car kit to read the SIM. This is when the phone is connected via bluetooth and not via the cradle in the arm rest. I think RSAP is required when connected to a cradle but may be wrong.
I've tried Audi but no joy.
 
What phone do you have or planning to get & as long as you turn on authorisation features of the handsets BT & possibly remote sim then it should work on most handsets, maybe not on older ones & also Nokia's are aynonymous for problems aswell but most others work fine.
