Rear seat removal and adjusting latch on rear seat

Hi All,

Does anyone have a guide which shows how to remove the rear seats, not the bench but the actual back?

Also, does anyone know how to adjust the latch which holds the seat upright (and allows it to be folded down) as it's rattling to hell.

they're hopeless and haven't been able to sort any rattle I've had and I've had quite a few in this car. plus I don't really have a 'good' relationship with my local dealers lol after I decided to not buy the car from them cuz their sales are a joke and went to another dealership (but up in Scotland)

looks like it's the only way though. does anyone know if the latch that holds the seat up and lets you fold it down is a removable /replacable part?
