Thought I would email Audi customer service about lack of service packs for the S3 which I'm still waiting for. Bit peeved that when I started looking the packs were available but, when I ordered they weren't (I was taking my time!).
Anyway got the following response (I've left the spelling errors in!) from Audi so fingers crossed they will start to offer it again.
Thank you for your email dated 18 August in reference to your order for a new Audi S3. Please accept my apologies that you have not recevied a reply sooner.
I underastand that service packages will be available, though unfortunately we have not recevied any further updates rearding this. I would be happy to make a note of your details and let you know as soon as more information is available.
