H&R coilover settings S3

Here we go again... More coilover questions

So i decided to take the plunge and order the h&r coils for my S3. I'd like to get a feel for what settings i should go for when they arrive. I'll be putting it them on the s3 18's.
Any Pics and Suggestions welcome
 
Settings will be down to user preference.

are the settings height and dampening adjustable?

when I had spax coilovers in my clio, I had them down to the tyre with softest setting - ***** coilovers to be honest lol but its what i prefered at the time!

with the s3, I would probably have them sitting just off softest setting and looooooooooooooooow!
