You could try contacting Birba Racing , the link shows the ones they have for the old A3 and it may be that they are working on for the new A3.
No calibration should be necessary, as the dials will have the same spacing, but as for removal of the needle.....it may be that the spindles design only allows the needle to be fitted in one position and if not then you just have to mark it when you take it off, but I'm sure the installation instructions would help on this.
