10B,

You are out of luck mate. Only SD cards work, not SD HC as I found out.

IIRC, Amazon sell 4Gb ones (Sandisc) and that is the max possible. I am at work so can't check, but I have posted this info on ASN before.

There are very few companies doing just vanilla SD anymore, so be careful when ordering. If no one (and I am sure they will) can provide you a linky I will have a look tonight.

Yeah SDHC wont work & 4Gb is limit of size tbh, actually its 400-512 file limitation, the sd drives were never updated & arent quickest readers tbh, new rns is rumoured to be 32GB sdhc compatible & some even said an internal HD aswell, along with higher res screen, but speculation currently as not released yet, never count for gospel until seen in the flesh as these things change last minute anyway.

thanks guys for your input guess 4 gig is max huh .......

Yeah but in reality that size is more than big enough anyway as the RNS-E has a file/folder limit of 512 items on each card. So if you put more on they wont show up anyway.

I've got 507 songs on one of mine and it comes to 2.9Gb. For reference.
