    Here's what I did: (non S-line, Non-S3, regular US-spec A3...)

Drilled a closely-spaced diagonal set of 5mm holes:

    Same thing, but backlit:

Made some 0.1" pitch circuit boards to stuff behind there:

Here's one inserted through the carefully-drilled holes into the fog grille, with the others close by:

Here's two loaded in, one either side of the center 'rib':

rear view of the LED clusters wired through current-limiting resistors:

Test-lit using a DC bench supply:

    Two of them test-lit:

Lights out... it's pretty damn bright!!!:

Here's the two foglights side-by-side, unlit:

...And I experimented with some film-set lighting gel (www.leefilters.com) to correct the light from "blue-white" to PURE white (seen to the left in this photo:

..then of course, I got a bit giddy, and added two half-rows (one above, one below) to each fog grille, with super-bright AMBER LEDs, to use as turn-signal repeaters:

I've still got to install them, but they shoudl look pretty 'stealth'. -They're actually mainly 'hidden' by the 'ribs' above them, but they should light up pretty well once they're on there.
