Will these size rims fit?

i have a 2.0tdi s-line quattro 8p model and am getting some new wheels next week. upgrading from my 18" RS4 reps to some 19" new shape RS6 reps.. these 19" wheels are:

8.5J Wide
19"
ET45

soon after fitting these wheels i will be getting some H&R springs so will lower it like 10-15mm (but will hopefully improve the ride quality compared to these s-line springs).
If i fit these wheels with some 225 tyres do any of you think they will still rub on the back a bit? does any one have personal experience with wheels this size on their A3?
