help fitting xenons

he showed me how to wire the leveling up
it wont be auto-leveling it will be manual leveling like you have on halogen headlamps, do you can move the beam down from inside the car
 
So if you know how to wire them in etc then exactly why do you need our help, sorry I'm missing the point here cause you seem to know everything you need to fit.
 
i got instructions on how do do the leveling motor, but i was asking if it wwould be better if i was to get the original ballasts and starters and if anyone knows where i could get these from
i checked hids4u but there quite expensive
