I recently had bluetooth phone prep retrofitted, and since then the card older seems to be jammed in - apart from going back to the fitters, can I prize it open to fix? Any ideas why it might be stuck?

by the sounds of it, a cable has been snagged between your stereo and and the tray.
I had the exact same problem once i fitted a new stereo.
The only way to sort it really is to pull the stereo out and move the offending wire/wires to a safer area
You will need radio keys to take your stereo out though, but they are only a few quid on ebay
