Remove rear bench How? 8P SportBack

I need to run some power cables in my A3 Sportback - anyone know how to do it? looks like there are 2 clips at the front that need to be un hooked but i cant work out how

If you get hold of the front edge of the bench seat and pull it upwards it will release from it fixing. Replacing it is just the reverse procedure.
