Another RNS-E TV question...

Hi, yesterday I took delivery of a 2 1/2 year old A3 3.2 S-Line S-tronic with toys, 'upgrading' from an 02 plate 1.9 tdi 130, so I'm still sort of in dream land at the moment!

My nav unit doesn't have TV, and the navigation dvd is 2006. A couple of questions (apologies if been asked before):

What's the best way to get TV added? Anyone suggest a company to supply and fit?
What's the difference between the old and new firmware? If I flash my firmware to the latest version, will I still be able to use my 2006 dvd?
