OEM Acoustic parking retrofit

A friend of mine is selling his S3 which has parking sensors, and offered me to keep his rear bumper and parking sensors since we have the same car colour. Does anyone know if the electronics are easy to swap? Is there any vag com coding involved???

i would say that there would definately be some vag/vcds envolved.

Also, if other retro fits are anything to go by, you will probably have to get a woring harness of some sort also from kufatec. I know they do doa retro fit parking kit on there.

not 100% on the above, but it is what i imagine would be involved
