Interior and Glovebox light

For some reason my interior light and glovebox light are not working. The interior light doesn't work when opening the door or if I manually switch it on.

I have checked and changed the fuse in the fusebox (at the side of the dash), but still they don't work. Had a quick look in the engine bay fuse box and all the fuses look fine in there too.
Had a look at the bulbs, even though I doubt the two interior ones and glovebox one all blew at the same time, but they all look fine too.

I've taken out the interior light unit and checked the connections.... all looks fine.

Not sure what else to check now.
Anyone got any ideas please??

PS: Boot light works fine.

On a serious note though, it is starting to do my head in. Considered buying another interior light unit in case my one is faulty. But if the problem is down to a faulty unit could/would that also be affecting the glovebox light???
