When calling anyone using the bluetooth handsfree I am told I sound like I'm in the bathroom, in the bath with a lid on the bath. This is the case with both phones I have tried.

Can anyone with blutooth let me know if this is common? Or can u be heard ok?

Thanks.

A client's TT-S also has this problem.
She has an i-phone, I have a Samsung Soul.
Didn't matter which one it was paired to, it sounded exactly like you describe.

Try moving the phone around in the car, flipping it onto it's front etc. If you can get a better link btween the phone and the receiver the sound quality should improve.

Iphones bluetooth is rubbish, they have a decent chip inside but apple have turned it all off!! Makes me cross, when it should support a good quality stereo link!

you can use vag-com to change the dsp's time delays to get rid of some of the echo and delay - you will just have to note the original settings, try changes and see what happens

Mines crystal clear - excellent in fact. Take it in to the stealer, complain and get them to sort it out ...

My boss has an A4 Avant (B8) with nav/bluetooth and her iPhone pairs up with the car's system really well.

I assume I can expect the same level of simplicity from an S3 with nav and my iPhone?
