Navigation Manual

Do any of you NICE gentlemen have a copy of a Navigation manual - photocopy or scanned or pdf version please. Or would someone be good enough to copy me one I will pay the copying cost and postage as I have just bought a unit off ebay and it might be a good idea to know about it.
Bit cheeky I know but I have just seen the prices of them - Ouch

The full manual costs a tenner from a dealer, may as well buy one!
