Parts required to fit a MFSW?

I've just bought a FBMFSW. As my current steering wheel isn't MF, does anybody know what other parts are required for the upgrade?

Did you search the forum? There must be 100 posts about this!

It depends how old your car is and wether you have cruise or not.

You may or may not need a steering ECU and slip-ring assembly.

I did search, but didn't find the answer - I'll have another look!

My car is 2004 without cruise.
 
I've looked at various posts on this and I'm confused as I think some people said that as my car is DSG, I might not need to change both those parts?

Have I missed something? Is there any easy way to check?
