I have so many questions :search: but one which is pressing...are sportback and 3-door mirrors the same? car is '06

the mirror caps that is hotbox, i assume thats what your wanting to change.
im not sure if the bit that fits to the door would be the same though.
what you getting matt s3 covers?
 
It's the whole mirror i wanted to change:ermm:

An illegitimate lorry driver broke one of mine in Calais :gun2: and instead of paying a fortune for 1 mirror I was playing with the idea of fitting the folding jobbies - on the ebay listings i've been reading A3 8P mirrors are the same as quite a few Audis "apparently" but i don't really trust this info and can't be ***** sending them back if they don't fit :shrug:

i think you need a different module aswell for folding mirrors, i might be wrong, your best to ask a guy on here named NHN, he will know all you need.
find him and pm him, im sure he wont mind, hes very clued up on all the audis.
