Serious snow?
Maybe about a week a year, tops? (spread out over a few months)
Rest of the time it's just fanny snow, which wouldn't stop an F1 car.

Have to agree with Bowfer here - people do make a lot of fuss about the snow and assume they can drive just the same as would do on a dry road !
Now if that pic of snow on a car was taken say in a desert or a place with v low rain or snow chance then it would be unusual and worth posting but as it - well ............
