Free MOT at Audi Dealers

Just seen this on other forums on here, free MOT for your vehicle at your local dealer.

no free retest? Guess you'd better hope it passes 1st time. They will hope to make their money back from getting you to have your car repaired by them.

The thing is, for dealers MOTs dont make as much sense as it does for your local garage. Dealer is say £94+vat an hour and an MOT is £56 for 45-50mins. Where a garage like ours is £36+vat an hour and you have less things to go wrong.

sure can both for either repairs or what will be a full MOT again, that way your still only paying one MOT, possibly cheaper as the dealer may be charging full price where, like us, we charge £47 with no retest fee.

One of the dealers near me does free MOT insurance up to £750 too so could be worth a punt especially as the Sportback only has 16k on the clock so hopefully unlikely to fail.
