new A3 , sport suspension

hello to everybody

as a newbie that i' am please help me with the following :
i have an a3 1.6fsi 04/2004 model that has the sport suspension , from the first day i have noticed a wear noise from the back of the car , i phoned the service representative and he tell me that this noise comes out from the rear suspension and a lot of other "ambition's" have it. He informed me that new improved shock absorber are in production and i will have them soon. Two months have almost passed and the new absorbers are still in production and the noise is getting more and more intense.
Does anybody knows anything about it or has the same problem.

my tolerance is almost through and i am thinking of calling or sending an email directly to ingolstad , does anyone has an email address @ audi.de for such kind of problems.

mine the same... getting some coilovers though so wont bother me that much.. but will be getting it sorted before hand.. so that i can have the new ones on without any miles on them /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
