Fabric seat conditioner?

Hi All,

Cleaned my 54 A3 TDi today and noticed that the front seats in particular have become faded. The back is not too bad but they look its sun faded etc. Is this common and is there any knid of fabric conditioner that can be bought to bring them back to life?

i know you can repaint leathers but unsure on fabric

defo detailing world on this one
