Now that VAGparts have gone bust, anyone know any other OEM parts suppliers that offer a discount compared to dealerships. Vagparts offered a 10% discount to most car forum members which was pretty useful... but not no more

Due to the near parity between the pound and the Euro I can't give you a quote.

Can't vouch for the former, but as for the latter, I got a great service from them. Maybe a one off for a new customer?!

Vag parts sourced their parts from Germany. The £ v € rate has killed them.

........well thats what i was told!

ive asked for a few prices from oem parts and everytime they can never quote me due to the £ vs the euro.

I'm saddened that this excellent business has had to be wound up. Not being able to get through by phone I called in & there Martyn gave the bad news, the reasoning & I was witness to their hard work refunding those who's orders had to be cancelled. I'm sure these guys have offered many of us wise help & advice. I'd like to offer my thanks .
