Xenon or Bi-Xenon, whats the difference???

Just wondering, whats the difference between Xenon lights and Bi-Xenon lights. Any explanation? Pictures would be helpful.

Bi-xenons have xenons as the dipped beam AND the main beam

Xenons only have the dipped beam as xenons, the main beam is a normal bulb

Kaz you are on about the adaptive xenons in which they swivel around corners.

I knew I was misold my car when i bought it. They told me it had Xenons however it has two normal bulbs for both main and dipped lights. No round spherical bulb for dipped in my car. Cheers Robin

Because I asked my local dealer recently and they told me i had xenons. The bi xenons were the ones with the round spherical bulb for dipped lights they told me. I have been left rather confused. lol I was looking at getting the bi xenons retrofit and not just xenons.
All sorted.
