Could i sort this flat-spot in the Wheel out ?

I'd be careful with these replicas, they dont have much of a strong rim on them, my mate had some and he flatted 2 of them in a week on some average pot holes. I think they must be cheapo alloy.

That one looks to have done they same.

i just went a seen my mate who owns a tyre showroom (Dave Sheldon of Sheldon Tyres!) and he said stay clear. They buckle very easily (justr as you said!)and if its bent, it can be straightened but could easily dent again

I'm saying clear so all yours L6ON :D
