As above.

I wanted to make sure its not remapped before i spend money on a new map.

I really dont want to be paying £50 for a RR so was wondering whether i could find out through vagcom.

It kind of surprised me how it done against my mates accord type r so thats why im asking :D

Cheers

Well you could do a datalog of the MAF readings, a chipped one should read about 1240.

Paul

Yes that is the basics, you need to find the MAF data block on the 2.0 TDi.

The last set that I did on my 2.0TDi (BKD) had data block groups 002, 010 and 011.

The MAF reading is on block 010.

Paul

Cheers guys..il do it over the weekend and post the results :D

Stuck side by side with the ATR but the ATR is a bit neglected and doesnt go into fifth properly. And driver wasnt too good (IMO) but nevertheless, My A3 TDI was side by side :D

Just hope its not remaped already :D

Ill get results up soon.

Thanks Paul for the how to!

Cheers

EDIT: Gona print screen it!

Got the VAGCOM Measure block readings and i just floored it from first to fourth where i lifted off. I then wanted to do third gear - low rpm to high rpm but never got the chance as the traffic really built up.

But with regards to paul saying a chipped mass reading should be around 1240ish, Mine does get to 1235. Or are these results too innacurate and do i need to find a long road go from high to low in third gear?

Cheers
