Finally got my bumper & bonnet back from the bodyshop & spent a frustrating afternoon fitting the new single grill bumper.
All looking good & the ebony black paintjob on the bumper looking spot on.
However, when the bonnet went on the muppets had sent me the old single grill version, not the facelifted one, so I now have resprayed a bonnet that is now use to me!!!!
Looking on ebay I have seen a phantom black bonnet that is also a pearlescent metallic black which looks identical to my ebony black & looks slightly grey in light.
Does anyone know if this was just a change of name ? Looks like audi stopped ebony black in 2005 & introduced a similar one called phantom black. Would a phantom black metallic match my ebony black car ?
