Just a quick question, does the warranty cover non wear and tear items which may be faulty on a service?

Okays, I'm just making sure so that Audi doesn't rip me off or something if some part of the car doesn't work properly.

The warranty covers manufacturing or failure defects I think you will find. Doesn't matter if they are wear and tear or not, if you can prove they have failed do to a manufacturing fault. If your clutch fails due to a manufacturing fault, you get a new one (if it's still in the warranty period).
